Terms of Service

The Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and ImagetoImage.io ("we", "us"), the operator of this website. Using the service means you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the Service Is

ImagetoImage.io is an online image-generation workbench: you provide prompts and, optionally, reference images, and third-party AI models produce new images against a credit balance. We may change, pause, or retire parts of the service, and will give reasonable notice when we can.

Your Account

Keep your credentials to yourself — activity under your account is your responsibility. If you believe someone else has accessed it, tell us right away at support@imagetoimage.io.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break applicable laws, or the rights of others — including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights;
• upload reference images you have no right to use, or generate content that is unlawful where you or we operate;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the service, its security, or other people's use of it;
• use the service to distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content;
• generate NSFW, sexually explicit, or otherwise sensitive content — the service does not support it (see "Content Safety" below).

We may remove content and suspend accounts involved in any of the above.

Content Safety

ImagetoImage.io does not support NSFW or sexually explicit content, and we have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. Every generation request passes through the models' content-safety systems: a flagged request is blocked, no image is generated or delivered, and the attempt is recorded as failed. The credits for a blocked request are still charged and are not refunded — the request was processed and the compute behind it was genuinely spent; withholding the output is how these Terms are enforced, not a failure of the service. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

Credits, Payment, and Billing

Credits are sold as one-time packs, paid in full at checkout — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Purchased credits never expire. Keep your billing information accurate. Refunds follow our Refund Policy — reviewed case by case, with the mandatory consumer rights of your region always taking precedence.

Content and Intellectual Property

The service itself — its code, design, and original content — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property law. You keep your rights in what you upload. Images you generate are yours to use, commercial use included, subject to these Terms and the policies of the underlying model providers.

Ending the Relationship

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes move the date above and, where appropriate, come with a notice inside the service.
