Refund Policy
How ImagetoImage.io handles credit-pack refunds and billing problems.
Last updated: 2026-08-11
What This Covers
This policy applies to one-time credit packs purchased on ImagetoImage.io — the only thing we sell; there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.
Our Starting Point
Purchased credits never expire and are not refundable: the price of a pack reflects the immediate allocation of computing resources, and an unused balance keeps its full value indefinitely. The sections below describe the exceptions — billing mistakes and failures on our side — and the situations where no refund is available.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@imagetoimage.io as soon as possible — where the law permits, within 14 calendar days of the charge — and include:
- the email address on your account;
- the order or transaction number;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- a short description of what went wrong.
A request is a review, not a guarantee: we look at the payment, your usage, the credits involved, and the circumstances.
When a Refund Is Likely
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- The amount or product charged was not what you selected.
- Purchased credits never reached your account.
- A sustained technical failure blocked the paid service and we could not fix it.
- A payment is confirmed unauthorized after reasonable verification.
- The law requires one.
When a Refund Generally Is Not Available
Except where the law requires otherwise:
- credits already spent on completed generations or other AI tasks;
- credit packs after a substantial share of the credits is used;
- credits consumed by requests blocked by the content-safety systems for violating our Terms of Service (see "Failed Generations and Blocked Content" below);
- free, promotional, bonus, or manually granted credits;
- dissatisfaction only with the style or creative quality of a completed result;
- accounts suspended or closed for violating the Terms of Service.
Failed Generations and Blocked Content
Two different things can stop a generation, and they are treated differently:
- Technical failure. The model or our platform fails to produce a result. The credits reserved for the task return to your balance automatically — a credit return, not a cash refund. If they have not come back within a reasonable time, email us with the task or transaction number.
- Content-safety block. ImagetoImage.io does not support NSFW, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content. A request flagged by the content-safety systems is blocked: no image is generated or delivered, and the task appears as failed in your history — but the credits are charged and are not refunded. The request was processed, and withholding the output is how our Terms of Service are enforced, not a failure of the service.
When a Refund Is Approved
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the corresponding unused credits or benefits are revoked. We initiate refunds promptly, but banks and payment providers control when the money lands; currency-conversion differences and provider fees may not be recoverable unless the law requires it.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a chargeback so we have a chance to investigate and fix the problem — doing so never waives your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
Changes
We may update this policy; changes apply going forward unless the law requires otherwise. The revision date sits at the top of this page.
