ImagetoImage.io ("we", "us") operates this website and the image-generation service on it. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the service, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
- Account details — the email address, name, and sign-in records tied to your account.
- Content you submit — the prompts you write and the reference images you upload. They are passed to the third-party AI model providers we work with solely to produce the result you asked for, and your generations are kept in your private library together with their prompts.
- Usage and device data — which features you use and basic technical context (browser, device type, operating system), so we can keep the service compatible and fast.

- Payment records — handled by our payment processors; full card numbers never reach our servers.
Why We Use It
- To run the service: generate your images, keep your library, and maintain your session.
- To process purchases and send the confirmations and notices that go with them.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
- To keep the service safe by detecting abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To meet legal obligations where they genuinely apply.
When We Share It
We do not sell personal information. Data leaves our systems only:
- to the providers that make the service work — AI model providers, payment processors, hosting and email services — and only for our purposes;
- when the law requires it or a public authority makes a valid request;
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of the service, our users, or ourselves.
How We Protect It
Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production data is restricted, and we review our setup as the service evolves. No online service can promise absolute security, but protecting your data is part of the job we take seriously.
Your Choices
You can view, correct, or delete much of your information directly in your account settings, and download your generations from your library. For anything the settings do not cover — including full account deletion or a copy of your data — email support@imagetoimage.io and we will handle it manually within a reasonable time.
Changes
When this policy changes materially, we update the date above and, where it matters, let you know through the service.
